{"id":1314,"date":"2020-08-21T12:11:52","date_gmt":"2020-08-21T10:11:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/freeuyghur.org\/nl\/?p=1314"},"modified":"2020-08-21T15:46:04","modified_gmt":"2020-08-21T13:46:04","slug":"demonstratie-op-20-augustus-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/freeuyghur.org\/nl\/demonstratie-op-20-augustus-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Demonstratie op 20 augustus 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>20 ausgustus 2020 werd er in Den Haag een demonstratie gehouden tegen de onderdrukking van de Oeigoeren in de onderdrukte Oost-Turkistan (Xinjiang genoemd door de Chinezen). Deze demonstratie werd georganiseerd door Extinction Rebellion Fashion Action NL in samenwerking met de Oost-Turkistan Nederlands platform. Deze demonstratie stond vooral in het teken van de nieuwe dwangarbeid in de slavenfabrieken van verschillende internationale en Chinezen bedrijven. Enkele voorbeelden van bedrijven die gebruik maken van Oeigoeren in slavenfabrieken binnen China zijn: ZARA, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Nike, BMW en Volkswagen. Mirali, woordvoerder van de jong bestuur van de vereniging, mocht ook de problemen van de Oeigoeren in China aankaarten in het Engels. Tijdens deze demonstratie kwamen nog anderen sprekers aan het woord.
